Send, Compose, Receive SITA / ARINC / AFTN messages on

MS Exchange Server and MS Outlook.
1) received, composed and send messages are stored on your MS Exchange
Server message store.
2) from MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express - the messages are available for
composing.
3) the messages are automatically send and received by the eSIMUS complex
4) on the communication network in question - it means: email/internet
and/or message / SITA / ARINC / AFTN
5) even mixed addressing on the email/message can and may occur.

3)Messages

a NOTAM to your AFTN/SITA/ARINC address and get it instantly displayed on
the WEB.
1) send your NOTAM, Weather Report, or any other report to your SITA/ARINC/AFTN
address
2) the eSIWEB module - will take care of - that this "displayable" msg is
made instantly displayed on your WEB.
3) you can even remove/delete/modify any "displayed" message - by simply
sending remove/delete/modify requests to eSIWEB.

4)Msgs on UNIX/LINUX
, DOS and WinXX
Modules needed:

UNIX / LINUX and WinXX platform.
1) received, composed and send messages are stored
on your SQL database (almost any SQL database can be used. ORACLE 7 and
8 is default standard)
2) from UNIX and the WinXX Clients - the messages are available on there
UNIX and WinXX browsers and composers.
3) the messages are down- and uploaded - via eSISQL, and
4) automatically send and received by the eSIMUS complex - on the platform
requested by the communication network in question.
That's exactly what the eSIMUS (Airport Authority) users are doing

5)Broadcast
messages
Modules needed:

Broadcast - requests from your customer and clients -
to dedicated chosen recipients via dynamic and prepared address lists.
The address list can contain SITA / AFTN / ARINC / FAX / eMAIL / X400
/ CCMAIL addresses.
1) the request (message) is placed on a message file
2) the appropriate address list is chosen - either dynamically from the
airline database or an prepared (static) address list is used.
3) eSIMAIL will broadcast the message - in single addresse messsages
!
4) based on the address list supplied - to the communication network requested
and connected.
That's exactly what the eSIMUS (Aircraft Broker) users are doing
!
*if you use email, fax, x400, ccmail addresses - exSIMUS is needed.

6)Reduce
your costly message traffic

Send-messages and -emails can beWAN/ internal/local routed
to WAN/internal group-recipients, on your MS Exchange Server environment
- and will in this way never be sent external.
When the internal/local recipient is a SITA / ARINC / AFTN address - the
address is stripped-off and (optionally) added on the end to the message
text-part. The recipients on your MS Exchange Server environment, can
be addressed by email, SITA, ARINC, AFTN, X400, etc. address types.
This means when composing messages, the "TO:" address-box may have mixed
address-types.
Certainly you can also reply messages and emails - with mixed address-types
on the "FROM:" address-box, with eSIMUS.
That's exactly what some of the eSIMUS users are doing !

7)Reduce
your connection costs

Receive
and Send SITA / ARINC / AFTN messages from MS Outlook, MS Exchange, via
your INTRANET
you will only need 1 (one) SITA Gateway connected.
The WAN/internal/local intranet message distribution will be handled by
eSIMUS.
In this way you only need 1 (one) SITA Gateway connection on your Intranet
and all your SITA addresses can be routed to the SITA Gateway address -
for an address routing charge (USD 15 monthly) only.
You are not only cutting your message charges - getting the full quantity
discount - but also cutting your rental, HW, connection, line, etc. costs.
As a bonus - you also get the SITA message traffic on your Internal INTRANET

8)Convert
messages to EDIFACT/XML v.v.

to/from EDIFACT/XML.
This process is done according to your routing tabels (directory service)
specification for trading partners, version and dialect definitions.

Stores and converts Un-structed & IATA (PNL/ADL) formated
Passenger-Lists, received via INTERNET, emails and SITA, from Touroperators,
TravelAgents, TradingPartners, etc..
The passenger lists are converted to IATA format and pre-pared for DCS
/ Carrier / SSR-control.
The Passenger-Lists are displayed on the WEB-site, instantly when received.
Selectable and displayed in Flights, Dates, Periode, TradingPartners,
and other orders.
The PNL-lists are send - automatically on a schedule
directory basis via SITA, email and/or Fax - to
the CARRIERs / DCS / Trading Partners,etc....
in IATA (PNL/ADL) & Un-structed format.
SSR-requests can be controlled and automatically
be send to SSR-providers.
Pre-seatings - and Seat-Plan control, with display
on the WEB, is available.
The seating conditions are send - together with the PNL above.
